This renovation introduces a third-floor addition to create a light-filled recreation room; an elevated space for leisure and gathering. At the rear, a two-story extension reshapes the home’s footprint, adding a tranquil master bedroom on the first floor and a spacious family room above. A new elevator pairs with a glass-cased staircase to provide seamless access across all levels.
