Construction of a new single-family barn-style residence featuring 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage, situated on a 28-acre lot. The scope of work includes a detached guest house, a functional barn, and site grading with new utility infrastructure within the homeland boundary. Additional features include a swimming pool and comprehensive landscape improvements throughout the property.
